Next steps / Conclusion
All of the Headteachers of the schools within the Aylsham Cluster meet six times a year and they spend a great deal of time exploring ways of working collaboratively. The Headteachers are working together to ensure that every child within the cluster is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. We have worked together on many projects in order to share expertise and support each other.
Within the cluster there are many small groups of teachers and adults working in schools who regularly meet to share ideas and good practice. As a group of leaders we all passionately believe that by working together and collaboratively we will provide all children with excellent foundations for their future.
